A lightweight bout has been scrapped, as Yancy Medeiros has been forced to withdraw from his main card bout against Tony Ferguson at UFC 184 due to a foot injury.  In to take his place is UFC veteran Gleison Tibau. UFC officials announced the matchup on Tuesday. Tibau (33-10) is currently riding a three-fight winning streak.  Last year, he defeated Pat Healy and Piotr Hallmann by unanimous and split decision, respectively.  Kicking off 2015, he went to a close split decision against Norman Parke at UFC Fight Night 59 last month. Ferguson (17-3) started 2014 off with a bang, literally.  At UFC 173 in May, he knocked out Katsunori Kikuno in the first round.  In September, he went to a split decision against UFC vet Danny Castillo in the co-main event of UFC 177.  Showing off his ground game, he picked up a submission win over Abel Trujillo at UFC 181 two months ago. UFC 184 takes place live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA on Feb. 28.  In the main event, UFC women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey takes on No. 1 contender, Cat Zingano.
