Johny Hendricks vs Kelvin Gastelum official for UFC 200

image A rumoured welterweight bout between Johny Hendricks and Kelvin Gastelum was made official for UFC 200  last night on 'UFC Tonight'. Both guys have their backs firmly against the wall in this pivotal welterweight clash. For Hendricks, not being able to show up at UFC 192 due to coming in heavily overweight on fight week and having kidney problems, then subsequently being dominated and finished in one round against Stephen Thompson in February, he desperately needs to get back in the win column and in the hunt for a title shot. Similarly, this is also a must-win for Kelvin Gastelum, who is 1-2 after losing to Tyron Woodley in January of last year, beating Nate Marquardt in his move to middleweight, and then being on the wrong end of a decision against Neil Magny in November of 2015 in his welterweight return. UFC 200 takes place live from the newly built T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on July 9.
