After two devastating losses earlier this year, UFC middleweight contender Lyoto Machida has decided to take some time off -- something he didn't want to do when he lost to Luke Rockhold in April. With that being said, Machida has an opponent in mind for his return in January or February of next year -- veteran fighter Michael Bisping. The news was reported on Wednesday's UFC Tonight. After losing to champion Chris Weidman in a 'Fight of the Year' candidate title fight in summer of 2014, the Brazilian got back on track with a first-round stoppage over C.B. Dollaway. However, he took on rising contender Rockhold at UFC on FOX 15 in the main event and was submitted in the second round. Following that, he was brutally finished by Yoel Romero in the UFC Fight Night 70 headliner. Bisping, who is interested in the matchup, is set to face Robert Whittaker in November at UFC 193. "A matchup between me and him is certainly something I'd be interested in," Bisping said on UFC Tonight. "I have a lot of respect for him."
