Rousey released a statement on her official Instagram account. "I just wanted to thank everybody for their love and support" wrote Rousey. "I appreciate the concerns about my health, but I'm fine." confirmed the former champ. "As I mentioned before, I'm going to take a little bit of time off but I'll be back." Rousey (12-1 MMA 6-1 UFC) was considered one of the most dominant athletes in the game today before the crushing loss. Prior to the loss, Rousey was 6-0 in the UFC with six finishes, five in the first round. There were reports that Rousey had suffered a concussion and a broken jaw but UFC President Dana White confirmed that those rumors were false and the former champ only has a busted lip.
