UFC President Dana White announced the news during the post fight press conference. UFC 193 took place last night and was one of, if not the most memorable card in UFC history. Was it full of exciting fights and incredible knockouts? No. But did we see possibly the greatest upset of all time? Yes we did. In the co-main event, Joanna Jedrzejczyk picked up a decision win in a gritty, five round striking war against Valerie Letourneau. Jedrzejczyk winning in the co-main event weren't a big surprise, but what happened next, would shock the world. Holly Holm stepped into the cage with Ronda Rousey, managed to keep the range and land hard left hands and jabs for the first round, and then came out in the second became even more dominant, and eventually finished the fight. Holm did what no other woman has done to Ronda Rousey in MMA, she won a round against her, she made her bleed, she rocked her on mulitple occasions, she dropped her, she humiliated her, she kicked her in the face but most of all, she defeated Ronda Rousey. I'm getting sidetracked, back on to UFC's next event down under. Dana White stated at the press conference after the event that the event would take place on March 20, March 19 in America. No news regarding the venue or fights as of yet.
